Logo and Brand Guidelines


A basic brand identity for a dog running business in Atlanta, GA that is used prominently in advertising - both in-person and online. Ruff Runners has been thriving since it began in 2018, and has since expanded to include a team of 9 staff.

Our client approached Fantastech Designs with a name, a business concept, and a dream of creating a premier dog running service in Atlanta. He wanted a logo and branding advice that he could use to establish and advertise his business. I presented the client with several thumbnail sketches, which I revised into a final wordmark logo, and a plain symbol logo to use interchangeably. Finally, I prepared a short style guide of suggested colors and fonts.

The client used the logo to build and reinforce a strong brand presence. A majority of the social media content for Ruff Runners features his runners wearing a branded shirt with a happy dog in their proximity.

Ruff Runners uses the DoTimely service to manage their dog running appointments and to provide a post run map to their customers. Ruff Runners uses the customization feature of this app to build a connection and additional trust.
